About Us

The Cloud 8 summit is a project by Drago Petrovic and Rolf Tröndle. This project is about organizing events that are accessible to all interested IT enthusiasts in an uncomplicated and free way.

Our Focus

Our focus is to find the best speakers from the areas of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, who give talks on the respective topics. Our target audience are IT engineers and IT decision makers.

All our sessions are conducted with Microsoft Teams. This simplifies participation for our attendees.

How to Register

Why should I register?

Registration for our event is not mandatory. However, registration gives participants the opportunity to download all session recordings and the decks of the individual sessions.

If you register, you will receive the Microsoft Teams links for the sessions by email on the day of the event.

How to register?

Registration is very simple. To do so, either click on the link below, or on the corresponding link in the top right-hand corner of this website.

You will then be redirected to a Microsoft Forms page where you can easily answer the questions. You will receive an e-mail from us shortly before the event and session e-mails during the event day.

After the event we will provide you with the slides and videos of the sessions. After that we will not bother you any more.

If you are interested in receiving our newsletter, you must explicitly select it in the form.

How my data will be used?

The user data provided will not be passed on to third parties at any time!

On the one hand, registration helps us to provide you with more comfort for our event. For us, the registrations help us to better estimate the number of participants.

After the event is finished and the last message with the slides and recordings has been sent, the data will be deleted.

If you are interested in receiving our newsletter, you must explicitly sign up for it.

We are a non-profit association of technicians who have no monitory intentions with the Cloud 8 Summit. Much is based on trust. Therefore, you can be sure that we will not sell your data to third parties or share it in any other way.
